Swagelok雙卡套管接頭的安裝步驟
雙卡套管接頭是由美國人佛瑞德A.雷能在 1947 年發(fā)明的。對(duì)比于螺紋、擴(kuò)孔、單卡套等接頭形式，雙卡套管接頭是一種兼顧密封及安全的小口徑管道連接件。一個(gè)優(yōu)良的雙卡套管接頭可以做到：
?承受高達(dá)管子爆破的壓力而不泄漏。
?可用于真空及高壓液體系統(tǒng)。
?可在低溫狀態(tài)下工作保證密封。
?在管子的最高額定溫度下持久的密封。
?可重復(fù)拆裝且保證密封。
雙卡套管接頭的這些性能使其廣泛地應(yīng)用于儀器儀表、石油化工、電力、氣體等行業(yè)。
一．雙卡套管接頭的結(jié)構(gòu)（圖1）
二．雙卡套管接頭的安裝步驟：
第一步：將管子插入接頭，確保管子端部達(dá)到接頭底部，并用手指擰緊卡套
螺母。

第二步：在卡套螺母的6點(diǎn)位置做一標(biāo)記。

第三步：用扳手固定接頭本體，旋轉(zhuǎn)卡套螺母一又四分之一轉(zhuǎn)，這時(shí)所做標(biāo)
記旋轉(zhuǎn)540度，至9點(diǎn)鐘位置。

三．雙卡套管接頭的工作原理：
在卡套螺母擰緊一又四分之一轉(zhuǎn)的過程中，接頭內(nèi)部依次完成下面設(shè)計(jì)好的動(dòng)作。
1． 通過螺紋機(jī)械式推進(jìn)，卡套螺母向前運(yùn)動(dòng)推動(dòng)后卡套向前，同時(shí)后卡套推動(dòng)前卡套向前運(yùn)動(dòng)。
2． 接頭本體的向內(nèi)擠壓前卡套。
3． 前卡套消除它的內(nèi)徑與管子外徑間的公差。
4． 隨著后卡套的推進(jìn)，前卡套向前向內(nèi)動(dòng)作，后端抬起，與接頭本體斜面形成密封。
5． 隨著管子更大的變形和本體斜面與前卡套接觸面的增大，更大的阻力迫使后卡套向內(nèi)動(dòng)作，從而在管子上形成第二道牢固的支撐。
6． 在卡套螺母擰緊一又四分之一轉(zhuǎn)，它前進(jìn)了1/16inch（1.52mm），接頭完成了密封，抱緊管子的作用。

1. Insert tubing into the Swagelok tube fitting. Make sure that the tubing rests firmlyon the shoulder of the tube fitting body and that the nut is finger-tight.

2. Scribe the nut at the 6 o’clock position.

3. While holding fitting body steady with a back-up wrench, tighten the nut 1 1/4 turnsto the 9 o’clock position.
Note: For 1/16, 1/8, and 3/16 in.; 2, 3, and 4 mm tube fittings, tighten the nut 3/4turn to the 3 o’clock position.
Gageability—On initial installation, the Swagelok gap inspection gage assures theinstaller or inspector that a fitting has been sufficiently tightened.
Position the Swagelok gap inspection gage next to the gap between the nut and body.
• If the gage will not enter the gap, the fitting is sufficiently tightened.
• If the gage will enter the gap, additional tightening is required.
Reassembly Instructions—You may disassemble and reassemble a Swagelok tube fitting many times.
1. Insert tubing with pre-swaged ferrules into the fitting body until the front ferrule seats.
2. Rotate the nut with a wrench to the previously pulled-up position, at this point a significant increase in resistance will be encountered.
